The service

QuoteKit is a web app for creating quotes and invoices. The free plan allows 5 documents per month. QuoteKit Pro ($9/month) adds unlimited documents, your logo, no QuoteKit footer and encrypted cloud backup.

Payments

Pro is sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which processes the payment, charges any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, and issues your receipt. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the app (Settings → Manage subscription) or from the link in your Dodo Payments email; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Licence

A Pro licence key may be used in up to 3 browsers by one person or business. Don't share or resell keys.

Your data and documents

Your documents are stored in your own browser. If you turn on Pro cloud backup, we also keep an encrypted copy that only your licence key can unlock (see the privacy policy). You're responsible for keeping backups and for the content and accuracy of your invoices. QuoteKit fills in common tax wording for many countries, but it isn't tax or legal advice — check your obligations with an accountant.

Availability and liability

We work to keep QuoteKit running and accurate but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this site.
